Ilex latifolia
lusterleaf holly, tarajo

Notes:

Not recommended north of USDA zone 7 and the warmer parts of Sunset zone 32 (NCSU is an outlier in claiming USDA zone 6), but also dislikes climates with high heat and humidity.

Largest leaves of all hollies; sometimes mistaken for Magnolia grandiflora. Perhaps because of this, one of the best hollies for heavy shade.

Fruits mildly poisonous.
