Danae racemosa
Alexandrian-laurel, poet's laurel

Notes:

AHS claims hardiness to USDA zone 6, but otherwise not recommended north of Sunset zone 32 and USDA zone 7.

Prefers a moist, organic soil and appreciates organic mulch. Occasional stem dieback may necessitate pruning. Too much sun may bleach "leaves" (actually modified stems).

Fruits are showy. By "cut flowers" here, I really mean using the long-lasting cut foliage in flower arrangements and wreaths.
