Zabelia tyaihyonii
Korean abelia, fragrant abelia

Notes:

Formerly Abelia mosanensis.

Unlike most abelias, cold hardy all the way to somewhere between USDA zones 3 and 5 depending on your source. The downside is blooming on old growth with no reblooming.

The fragrance is heavy with notes of Oriental lily, clove, and powder, stronger and more "delicious" than the better-known and reblooming A. × grandiflora.
