Viburnum macrocephalum
Chinese snowball viburnum

Notes:

The only reason I'm listing this non-native non-fragrant viburnum with no fall color is because Dirr says its flowering period can last 6-8 weeks and blooms may also occur in autumn besides. Also, it gives perhaps the closest look to a mophead hydrangea of any plant in this database.

Not recommended for Sunset zone 37 (stops at 34 and 39).

Fruitless (therefore I have not tagged as attracting birds), unless you get forma keteleeri.
