Viburnum × bodnantense
Bodnant hybrid viburnum

Notes:

Hybrid of V. farreri and V. grandiflorum. Like V. farreri, may flower anywhere between late fall and early spring; sheltered location is recommended, to prolong dormancy as much as possible and thereby avoid late frosts ruining the blooms.

As with all viburnums, keep sulfur off foliage.

Sunset and Missouri BG assert showy fall color, outnumbering Dirr who claims it rarely develops (maybe it's a southern thing).
