Prunus × blireiana
Blireiana plum

Notes:

Hybrid of P. cerasifera 'Atropurpurea' and P. mume. Smaller than most P. cerasifera varieties.

Not recommended for Sunset zone 37 (stops at 34 and 39).

Not completely seedless, but close. Reddish purple foliage, at least at first. Cal Poly and Sunset assert fragrance, but Stoecklein and UFL say none.

Poor compartmentalizer of decay.

Sources: Sunset, Stoecklein, UFL, Cal Poly, Rutgers.
