Notes:

Stoecklein also lists this cultivar as 'Cyanoviridis'. Expected to grow 6-10"/year.

Leaves soft to touch. Tends toward legginess with age. Shears well. These last two points combine to make it a personal stretch goal of mine to see how long I can keep one small and attractive with proper pruning (it will require more careful cuts than just indiscriminate shearing).

Needs a moist climate, as per Glyn Church in the Woody Plant series.
